At Bisque Golf, we want to ensure your gear is a perfect fit for your game; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Bisque Golf packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unplayed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
